Knox U.C. is an active rural congregation of approx. 240 families with participation by all ages. We are seeking a person to work with our children and youth and to work cooperatively with our minister, volunteers and congregation. Our worship services are for all ages and make use of multimedia technology. We love music and we are also project-oriented. The successful candidate would work with established groups as listed below but would also be encouraged to bring energy to new possibilities.
Knox U.C. is part of Oxford Presbytery and is approx. 15 min. from Stratford and Woodstock.
Sunday School and Nursery- averages 25 each Sunday and focuses on an annual mission project
Jr. Youth Group – averaged 20-25 last year
Sr. Youth Group – 14 attended our Urban Promise mission trip to Toronto last summer.
Confirmation class each year
We work cooperatively with other community churches including Vacation Bible School (approx. 100), joint fall fair service, and a Cdn. Foodgrains Bank growing project
